Fantasy computers are mostly defined in terms of their relation to the earlier defined term of fantasy console. Fantasy computers are typically more powerful than fantasy consoles, with built-in support for more than just a simple gamepad in the games (for instance, TIC-80 allows you to use a keyboard, mouse, gamepad, or all 3 in your games, whereas PICO-8 requires you to use clearly demarcated "devkit" features to get keyboard and mouse input).
